Position Duty & Qualification Assessment
Each role responsibility must be outlined along with a description of how the position satisfies specialty occupation criteria. In certain instances, the expert may address the candidate’s credentials. Employers should supply a breakdown of tasks, functions, obligations, and the educational background and work experience needed to carry out the job. Job summaries must be as detailed as possible and closely aligned with the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code used in the labor condition application for the petition. We also offer CPT assessments and CPT role evaluations.
Position Evaluation (PE)
Position evaluations are customized evaluations from experts regarding whether a Specialty occupation position meet USCIS H-1B regulations or Visa requirements and are regularly used in:
- Initial H-1B petitions
- In response to a Request for Evidence (RFE) or
- In response to a denial


Documents Required
- RFE copy (Not required for initial H-1B petitions, transfers or extensions)
- Copy of the LCA
- Petition support letter (LOS)
- Job duties in detail (%Break down of duties)
- All education credentials
