Your Go-To Firm for Credential Evaluations
Intro
Education Evaluation of USA provides credential evaluation reports for individuals who have completed their education abroad and require an assessment of educational equivalence in the United States. Our mission is to ensure your international qualifications are acknowledged in the U.S. We offer a range of services, including educational evaluations, work experience assessments, position evaluations, expert opinion letters, and certified translation services.

What is an Education Evaluation?
A credential or education evaluation typically includes details about educational qualifications, such as the degree earned, the year of completion, the name of the institution, and the major field of study. It also provides the evaluator’s assessment of whether the foreign degree or education is equivalent to a U.S. degree or diploma. For H1B visa purposes, an education evaluation is conducted to determine how foreign degrees and/or experience compare to U.S. educational standards.
Our team, comprising highly qualified professionals with Doctorate Degrees (Ph.D.) and extensive expertise in evaluating foreign credentials, has been assisting individuals with international education for over eight years.
Our foreign credential evaluation reports are accepted by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Employers, Colleges, Universities and State licensing boards.
We provide Education, Work Experience, Position Evaluations, and Expert Opinion Letters for use in:
Immigration - H-1B, TN, E-3, all other Visa’s and Green Card petitions.
Employment - Information Technology, Software, Engineering & other STEM.
Education - High School/College/University Admissions.
Licensing - With various Professional, Technical and Medical boards in US.
Expert Opinion Letters are tailored assessments provided by experts to determine whether a job position or an individual’s qualifications align with USCIS H-1B regulations or visa requirements. These letters are frequently used during initial applications, to address a Request for Evidence (RFE), or to appeal a denial. They play a crucial role in strengthening visa petitions at various stages, whether during the application process, responding to RFEs, or appealing denials.
Our Expert Opinion Letters are prepared by distinguished authorities in their fields to provide expert analyses of Specialty Occupations, respond to RFEs, and address other cases that require specialized knowledge.
We specialize in providing Expert Opinion Letters for H-1B, L1A, L1B, O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 petitions to address RFEs or denials issued by USCIS. These letters address issues related to Specialty Occupations, Specialized or Advanced Knowledge, Education, or Work Experience, particularly in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, and other STEM disciplines.
Our senior evaluators are accomplished professors holding Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and related fields. They are authorized to award college-level credits based on training and work experience, including external training programs and practical professional experience in Specialty Occupations.
Additionally, we offer services such as CPT (Curricular Practical Training) analysis, evaluations of CPT positions, and expert opinion letters to confirm that CPT is directly related to a student’s major area of study.
Education Evaluation of USA partners with university professors and industry specialists to provide expert opinion letters that enhance USCIS petitions. These letters can assist in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFE) or Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID) and serve as a foundation for appealing denials. They are designed to assess a candidate’s work experience, analyze industry standards, or address specific occupational requirements.
